For example, the MTS “second line” service enables the owner of an MTS SIM card not to miss a meaningful call, even when he is talking on the phone, because during a phone call a signal is received that informs about the second call.
Instructions
Step 1
To check the status of the service dial * # 4 3 #. If you do not have such a service, but you want to activate it, then press * 4 2 #.
Step 2
If you have activated this service, then during the conversation you will hear a characteristic signal - rare, short beeps.
Step 3
If during a conversation you received such a PBX signal, you can continue the conversation with your interlocutor. The person calling you will simply hear long beeps. No switching, no commands need to be executed.
Step 4
You can hang up this new call. Press the ® key (usually located in the center of the phone panel or instead of one of the * or # keys and serves to switch lines or hold a conversation), and after a long beep press 0.
Step 5
In the event that the incoming call is very important to you, hang up your first interlocutor. Press ®, and after receiving a long beep - 1.
Step 6
To support both conversations, switch to the second interlocutor without interrupting the current conversation, press ® and after receiving a long beep, press 2. In this case, this service will allow you to manage two conversations at once.
Step 7
In order not to be distracted, to talk with the second interlocutor, hang up the first. Press ®, after receiving a long beep press 0.
Step 8
To return to the original conversation and hang up the second interlocutor, execute the commands ® long beep 1.
When connecting to the numbers 0850, 0890, 112, 0880, the "Second Line" service will not be activated.
Step 9
If the service does not suit you for some reason, you can turn it off. Dial # 4 2 #. In response, you will receive an SMS message that the service has been disabled. If this operation does not help, call the operator's help desk.
