Instructions
Step 1
To get information on your personal account, use the self-service system. To do this, go to the Internet and type in the address bar www.megafon.ru. The main page of the site will open in front of you - on the top panel, select the region in which your SIM card is registered.
Step 2
On the main page, find the parameter "Service Guide", click on it. In the event that you have not previously registered a password to enter the access zone, click on the inscription "Receive password". A page will open in front of you, where you will need to enter a ten-digit phone number and a security code, which is indicated in the picture. The password will be sent to you as a message.
Step 3
Then go back to the "Service-Guide" system. Enter your number and the received password. Click on the "Login" button.
Step 4
Pay attention to the menu to your left. On the "Personal account" tab, find the "Call detailing" parameter, click on it.
Step 5
On the page that opens, specify the period for which you want to receive information. Place a check mark in front of the “All calls” label. Please enter your email address and message format. In the event that you want to receive a notification about sending details, put a check mark in front of the “SMS-notification” inscription. In the event that you do not want other people to have access to the information, enter the password. Finally, click on the "Order" option. A window will open in front of you, where the system will warn you about the cost of the service - click "Continue".
Step 6
When information about incoming and outgoing calls is sent to the specified email address, an alert will be sent to your phone.
