Step 1
Megafon provides its clients with several types of invoice detailing: “One-time”, “Periodic” and “Express detailing”.
Step 2
You can find out information about the funds spent using the One-Time Detailing service for any reporting period of time. If this period is more than 6 months, apply with your passport to any office of the company. In the case when the period does not exceed the last six months, order the details of calls yourself through the "Service Guide".
Step 3
To do this, go to the site https://sg.megafon.ru in the section "Personal account" and select the subsection "One-time detailing", indicating the method of delivery of printouts of calls. This can be email or fax.
Step 4
There is also another way. Call the number 0505, press 1, 2, 1 and, following the prompts of the system, order details for fax. Or dial * 105 * 8033 # and select delivery to your e-mail address specified in the Service Guide system.
Step 5
The cost of one-time detailing depends on the selected time period. So, for a day you will pay 3 rubles, for a week - 21 rubles, and for a month - 90 rubles.
Step 6
"Periodic detailing" of the account is a paid service, which involves providing the subscriber with a monthly report on the amounts spent. Its cost is 90 rubles. To activate periodic detailing, contact the subscriber service of the Megafon network at 0500 or use the Service-Guide system. You can get such a printout by mail, courier or via the Internet.
Step 7
The Express Detailing service is available only to subscribers of the Megafon-Moscow network. You can order it in several ways. Call the number * 113 #. Send a blank message or a message with the content of an e-mail address to number 5039. After that, the details of calls will be sent either in an MMS message or by e-mail. The period for which you can get a printout of calls using express detailing is 7 days. The cost of the request is about 21 rubles.
