The Service-Guide service provided by the Megafon operator allows subscribers to independently activate / deactivate services, make payments by bank card, manage their bonus account and much more. However, this service is not always so necessary, so some subscribers want to turn it off.
Instructions
Step 1
You can activate and deactivate the service in Megafon communication salons or in the Contact Center. In addition, there is such a service as "Prohibition of automatic authorization Service Guide". You can connect / disconnect the service yourself using the system web interface.
Step 2
You can also lose access to the "Service Guide" self-service system if you enter the password incorrectly (4 times - and access will be blocked). To receive a new password, you will need to send a message to 000110, to which you will receive a response containing your new access password.

More information regarding the Service-Guide service can be obtained at the customer service offices, as well as at the sales offices. Contact Center staff can also provide you with information (call them at 0500).
