Even government agencies are gradually switching to online services for the population. There are almost no reasons for a personal visit to the office of mobile operators. For independent management of services, subscribers of the Megafon network have a convenient Internet tool called Service Guide. But in order to use it, you first need to get a password.
Instructions
Step 1
Send an empty SMS-message from your Megafon mobile phone to 000110. Wait for your request to be processed. Your username and password for entering the system will come in a reply SMS message.
Step 2
Send the USSD command * 105 * 00 # from your phone. Wait until the request is processed. A reply message with your username and password will be sent to you in the form of an SMS.
Step 3
Call the toll-free number 0505 from your Megafon phone. If necessary, activate the on-screen keyboard. Following the prompts of the autoinformer, go to the "Tariff plans and services" section of the menu. Select the option "Change password for Service Guide" - "Generate a random password". The answer will come to you in the form of an SMS message.
Step 4
Please note that by dialing 0505 you can change the password by setting your own, which will be easier for you to remember. To set your own password, you will first need to enter the one that the system generated for you.
Step 5
Use the web interface to generate a password. To do this, follow the link provided on the login page. Enter your phone number in 10-digit format in the provided field. Click on the "Get password" button. You will receive an answer in the form of an SMS message.
Step 6
Enter the personal account of the Service-Guide system using the login and password received in the SMS. Go to the menu section "Service Guide Settings" - "Password Management". Set your own permanent password if you haven't already. Click on the "Change" button.
Step 7
Set a security question in the section below and indicate the answer to it. And also write your valid email address. If you forget your password in the future, these settings will allow you to quickly recover it. Save changes by clicking on the corresponding button.
Step 8
Recover your forgotten password using the web interface. The link by which you can go to the recovery system is indicated on the login page of the Service-Guide system.
Step 9
Enter your phone number and the answer to your security question in the fields provided. If the answer is correct, the password will be sent to you via SMS and to the email address you provided.
