Step 1

Send the same code to the specified number and to receive a password for access to the system. Access is carried out through a special section of the Megafon website and there is no charge for messages sent to the number 000105.

Step 3

Use the number 500 (for a mobile) or 502-5500 (for a landline phone) within the Moscow region to receive a password through the Megafon subscriber service.

Step 4

Dial 555 from your mobile to assign a password yourself and follow the voice prompts. The password must be between 4 and 7 digits.

Step 5

Contact the operator's subscriber service to unblock the service and disable the password by calling 500

Repeat the procedure for obtaining a password.

Step 7

Select the optimal level of access to the system: "Service Guide: View", "Service Guide: Subscriber Management" or "Service Guide: Account Management".
