Sometimes it becomes necessary to disassemble the laptop yourself. To do this correctly, you need to thoroughly understand the intricacies of the process. Each laptop model will have its own characteristics. A step-by-step guide to disassembling a Samsung NP355V4C laptop.
Necessary
- - Samsung NP355V4C laptop;
- - Phillips screwdriver.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is obvious: take out the battery, unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the laptop. You can now remove the two covers that cover the memory modules and the hard drive. Remove the hard drive by pulling it away from the connectors. We take out the DVD-ROM by unscrewing one screw that fixes it. We unscrew all the screws that were hidden under the covers.
Step 2
We turn the laptop over. The keyboard is secured with plastic clips. Gently pry the edge of the keyboard (it is better to use nails than a tool so as not to scratch) and begin to unfasten the locking latches one by one.
Step 3
Do not pull too hard, as from below, the keyboard is attached with a ribbon cable to the motherboard. Turn the laptop over. Find the connector where the keyboard ribbon comes in. It's just below the WiFi module. Move the module to the side to expose the keyboard connector. Lift the dark bar up, then the cable can be freely disconnected.
Step 4
Now you can remove the keyboard of the Samsung NP355V4C laptop.
Step 5
The next step is to disconnect all the loops that the keyboard was covering.
Step 6
We unscrew the screws securing the top cover and remove it.
Step 7
We have a view of the motherboard. It is secured with 7 silver screws at the top. We unscrew them.
Step 8
The motherboard is now free.
Step 9
That's all! Now you have access to all the insides of the Samsung NP355V4C laptop. Putting it up in reverse order.
