Step 1
In order to present bonus points, you can activate them as a reward to another MegaFon subscriber who also participates in the bonus program. You cannot transfer points to the balance of another cellular user. There are several ways to activate bonuses to another number: SMS, USSD commands or voice menu.
Step 2
To activate points to a friend or relative's number, make a USSD request * 115 # phone number without 8 or + 7 # reward code # and press the call button. For example, * 115 # 927XXXXXXX # 150 # call. This command will allow you to activate 50 bonus messages to your friend's number. After sending the request, you will receive a confirmation that the activation was successful, or a message about the impossibility to complete it. When the reward is credited to the person to whom you sent it, you will also receive a notification.
Step 3
If you want to use SMS to activate rewards, send a short message to number 5010 with the text “reward code space the phone number without 8, to which the activation is being made”. For example, the message “555 927XXXXXXX”. This request will activate 5 minutes of free on-net calls to your friend. If the command is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation SMS, and your friend will also receive it. If the operation cannot be performed, you will be notified.
Step 4
You can use the voice menu to manage bonus points and transfer them to other subscribers. To do this, you need to call the short number 0510 and follow the voice instructions. If the reward is successfully activated for another subscriber, you and your friend will receive a notification. If the transfer of points is not possible, you will receive a corresponding message.
