How does satellite TV work

An antenna works by collecting and focusing signals transmitted from satellites in space. These signals cover an extremely wide area, covering most of the countries in the world. The satellite dish is only a passive receiver and does not generate any signals or emissions of its own. Hence, we can conclude that satellite dishes are not a threat to human health or life.
