When connecting a computer to a TV, a problem arises - how to hide all the wires. Consider the placement of your computer and TV, as well as the length of the connection cables. This problem can be solved by adding a wireless PC to TV converter. Such a converter consists of a transmitter and a signal receiver and is designed specifically for broadcasting a computer screen on analog or digital TVs.
It is necessary
- VGA cable
- Wireless PC-to-TV signal converter
Instructions
Step 1
Connect the video output of a desktop or laptop monitor with a VGA cable to the signal transmitter.
Step 2
Also connect the audio output of your computer or laptop to the signal transmitter using the supplied audio cable.
Step 3
Switch on the signal transmitter.
Step 4
Connect the supplied RCA cable to your TV. Make sure the colors of the plugs match the color of the input ports on the TV.
Step 5
Connect the RCA cable to the signal receiver.
Step 6
Start the signal receiver. Make sure the signal transmitter and receiver, computer and TV are turned on and working.
Step 7
Find the input channel on your TV. Depending on the make and model, it may be labeled Auxiliary, Composite, or Video Input on the TV remote or control panel.
Step 8
You may need to adjust the screen resolution on your computer. To do this, select "Start", then "Settings" and "Control Panel".
Step 9
On the control panel, press the Display button and find the Settings tab.
Step 10
Go to the "Screen Resolution" section in the "Settings" tab. Use the arrow keys to switch between different screen resolutions. Select the appropriate resolution for your TV screen and click the "Apply" button. A message like "The computer will return to the previous settings in 15 seconds …" will appear on the screen. If the screen image is normalized, click the OK button.
