However, you can combine the romance of regular letters and modern technology by teaching your computer how to beautifully fill envelopes and print them at home.

Instructions
Step 1
The easiest and fastest way to print text on envelopes is to use a special feature in Microsoft Word. To do this, you need to check the presence of this program on your computer.
If this application is installed, click the Start button, click the New Office Document tab. Then, in the dialog box that appears, select the "New Document" icon.

Select the "Tools" tab on the toolbar.

In the drop-down window select the function "Letters and mailings".

In the new drop-down field, click on the "Envelopes and Stickers" tab.
Step 5
In the Envelopes and Labels dialog box, complete the Recipient Address and Return Address fields. You can enter these addresses from the address book of your e-mail box, if you click on the button in the form of an open book, located to the left of the name of the address fields.
If you go to the "Options" tab, you can select the size of the envelope, font, and in addition, configure the print settings and the way the envelope is positioned in the paper feed tray.
Step 6
After adjusting the parameters, you can print the envelope. The app will automatically save your custom settings and will use them by default next time.
