Step 1
To print on cardstock within the office or home, buy an inkjet or laser printer with the most direct paper path. If a laser printer is available, then in the settings you need to set "print on cardboard" and use the upper paper tray. Failure to do this will result in black streaks on the page.

You need to understand that ordinary printers are not designed to work with cardboard, and even if you manage to hold a dense sheet, helping it with your hands, and get an image on it, then most likely this will lead to a breakdown of the device, not to mention the fact that the paint will be dry. It is also important to remember that no budget models can work with cardboard and thick paper.

If there is a need for large-format printing on cardboard, then you should use a digital printing machine. Typically, such services are provided by printing houses. According to the printing method, the machines are divided into digital and offset digital, in addition to sheet-fed and web-fed machines. Both machines work with cardboard. Many of the manual steps inherent in conventional printing processes can be avoided thanks to new technologies.
Step 5
The entire printing process in a digital machine is computer controlled. This significantly increases the capabilities of the machines. It is possible to make changes in the process of printing the circulation as often as necessary, changing at least every copy; possibility of urgent printing and printing of a proof print.
