The service of sending and receiving SMS messages can become an annoying thing if you are constantly bothered by advertisements and spam. But this does not mean that you need to endure this kind of SMS. You can and should get rid of them.
Instructions
Step 1
Firstly, if you want to get rid of annoying SMS, call your operator and ask to activate a service such as the "Black List". You can also customize this function yourself and enter into it all the numbers from which you receive unnecessary messages.
Step 2
There is also an easier option in which you have to dig a little in the settings. To do this, your phone must have the function of blocking incoming SMS. To check if you have such a function, enter the main menu of the phone, then go to the settings. For different phone models, there are different instructions on what to do in this situation (for more details, see the instructions for the mobile device).
Step 3
Such a function can be located either in the settings themselves in the SMS subsection, or in the settings for SMS messages (for this, go to the "Messages" section, then to its settings). This function will differ depending on the phone model. In some phones, you can put a ban on all incoming SMS, in others you can create your own black list. This function is also found under the name "Filtering". If this option is available, enter the unwanted numbers yourself or add them from the provided list.
Step 4
If you want to get rid of messages coming from paid services, you should do the following: send the word "STOP" or STOP to the short numbers from which you receive SMS. If you want to set a ban on short numbers or remove it, call the free number 0858 (for Beeline subscribers). There, an answering machine will help you, which will provide you with all the useful information. By calling this number, you can activate the service "Black and white lists of CPA". But it is worth noting that this service is provided for only one day.
