The mobile operator Mobile Telesystems (MTS) offers subscribers different tariffs. Each tariff is developed taking into account the possible needs of the client: someone often speaks on the phone, someone sends messages, and for the third, convenient Internet access is more important. The subscriber can change the tariff at any time. To switch to MTS Energy, you just need to choose a convenient method for this.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are accustomed to independently managing communication services within the framework provided by the operator, it is better for you to use the Internet assistant. Open the official website of MTS and click on the link "Login to your personal account" in the upper right part of the page. Enter your phone number (it serves as a login) and password on the authorization page.
Step 2
In your personal account, make the "Internet Assistant" tab active. If there is a "My tariff" block on the main page of your personal account, you can click on the "Change tariff" link in it, you will be automatically redirected to the "Internet Assistant" page. In the section "Tariffs and services" select the item "Change the tariff plan".
Step 3
A list of available tariffs will appear on the updated page, select Energy or any other. Opposite each tariff, the transition cost will be indicated (that is, the amount that will be debited from your account for the transition to the new tariff) Follow the instructions on the page for the remaining steps. When the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation message about the transition to the new tariff.
Step 4
If it seems to you that without outside help you will not be able to switch to MTS Energy, dial the short number 0890 of the MTS service center. Following the instructions of the autoinformer, request a connection with the operator. Inform the MTS employee that you want to change the tariff, and control information confirming your rights to perform these actions. A service center specialist will perform the required operation for you. You can also contact any company salon of the MTS telecom operator at any time and inform you that you want to switch to a different tariff.
Step 5
In the event that you are not a MTS subscriber, but you like the tariff plans offered by the operator, you need to contact the company's salon store, having your passport with you. Tell the employee that you need exactly the Energy tariff. Purchase a new sim card by signing a contract.
