Step 1
To disable informational messages coming from MTS, go to the menu of your phone, select the "Messages" section, then go to the "Options" or "Settings" item (they are called differently in different phone models) and select the "System messages" sub-item or "Operator Messages", etc. Set position: "off" or "off".
Step 2
Try another way to disable informational messages from your ISP. It will help if you or someone from your loved ones have ever connected the MTS News service. Enter the SIM card menu of your phone (in different models it is accessed in different ways). Delete all received messages by selecting the section: "MTS Services", then, "MTS News" and "Received". Turn off broadcasting in the menu of your phone, navigating through the tabs: "MTS Services", then "MTS News", then - "Settings", "Additional", "Broadcast" and "Turn off". In addition, to refuse this service, you can send a USSD request with the following content: "* 111 * 1212 * 2 #" and press the call key.

You can also contact the operator of the MTS mobile network at 0890 and explain the essence of your problem. This service is round-the-clock and free of charge for all subscribers located in Russia. If you will be making a call from a landline phone, then dial the number: 88002500890. Get ready to name the phone number on which you need to turn off information messages and passport data that were indicated when concluding an agreement with MTS.

Visit one of the MTS cellular communication salons located in your city. Ask a salon employee to help you disable unnecessary services. You must have a passport with you.
