Step 1
To get detailed information on your personal account, contact your operator for help. To do this, visit the nearest office of the cellular company. Do not forget to take your passport with you, as only if you have one will you be able to get detailed conversations.

The operator of the company will ask you to fill out an application. Here indicate the period for which you want to receive information; sign the application. After that, the details of calls will be printed on paper.

Get call details by using the self-service system. Type in the address bar the name of your mobile operator in English. For example, if you are a client of MTS OJSC, enter the following link www.mts.ru; if OJSC Megafon - www.megafon.ru; if Beeline - www.beeline.ru.
Step 4
Find on the page a link to the self-service system, it can be called differently, for example, "Internet Assistant", "Login to your personal account", "Service Guide". Before doing this, you must create a password. Find out the procedure for registering it from the operator, you can also get this information using the official website of the company.
Step 5
Enter your phone number and registered password to log into the self-service system. In your personal account, find the item "Calls (conversations) detailing", click on it with the mouse cursor.
Step 6
Fill in the data you want to see in the drilldown. For example, indicate the period, types of calls, method of receiving information. If you are worried about the secrecy of information, put a password on it, and order a notification on the sending of details to the specified email box on your phone.
