Step 1
In order to convert your video to a different format or set other settings for it, download and install a converter program that would support operations with the specified file type. Many of them are not free, and their demos only work with a certain length of time for the entire recording.
Step 2
After installing the converter program on your computer, open the desired video in its menu, then specify the parameters that you would like to change, set a certain resolution, the number of frames per second, and so on. Specify the format of the target file and indicate whether you want to delete the source file at the end of the operation. Start the conversion and wait for it to finish; during this time, try not to load your computer with other applications.
Step 3
If you want to remake a video for further viewing on your phone model, install the software from a special disk to your mobile device. In the menu of the media editor, add your video and set the necessary parameters for it.
Step 4
Specify the extension and start the conversion process, after which the program will determine further settings for your phone model, which you must first specify in the PC Suite menu. Wait until the end of the video encoding process and copy it to your phone using the file browser of the same program.
Step 5
It is best to copy to the video folder, so you can be sure that your file will play without installing additional viewers on your phone. Files that are not supported by the system simply will not be written to the memory of your mobile device in this case. If you are going to open the recording with another alternative program, copy to a shared folder with files or to a removable storage device.
