According to Russian law, if a mobile phone is in good working order, then you cannot return it to the store. Cell phones are non-returnable and non-exchangeable non-food items. To do this, certain conditions must be met: the phone must retain its presentation and be fully equipped. You should also have your sales receipt, sales receipt and warranty card with you. In fact, if the check is lost, the law allows you to resort to the testimony of witnesses or prove the purchase in another way. But this responsibility falls on the consumer, so it's best to keep receipts at all times. In order to get your money back, the malfunction should not be the result of your failure to comply with the operating conditions.

To return a faulty phone, come to the store, taking with you a complete set of goods, receipts and a warranty card, as well as your passport (passport or military ID). In a free form, write a statement addressed to the executive or general director with a demand to return your money or exchange the product for a similar one. Indicate the full name of the product, its value, and the detected defect. Attach copies of sales receipts, sales receipts and warranty card (keep the originals with you). Check this box if you wish to be present at the examination of the goods if it is carried out. Please sign and date.

Step 4

The store employee must make an inventory of the packaging of the goods received from you, put a seal and his signature on your application. The store will then usually send the phone to a service center.
