Instructions
Step 1
Call the call-center of the "Baikalwestcom" company and inform the operator about your desire to connect to the Penta.voice service. Provide your details and phone number. The system will check that you are using the Smile tariff package and will connect, which is free. You must have a certain amount on your phone account, which will be charged as a monthly fee when you activate additional minutes from Penta.voice. Subsequently, the monthly fee is charged every first day of the month.
Step 2
Go to the Internet system of the subscriber service "ISSA" from the company "Baikalwestcom" at the link https://issa.bwc.ru/. Enter your phone number and password to enter the service and gain access to the subscriber's personal account. If you do not know your password from the system, then you need to call 7172 from your mobile phone and follow the instructions of the voice instructions.
Step 3
You can also send a message with the desired password to 71721 and wait for its activation. After that, send an SMS with the text "a" to 7172492 to activate the service. Go to the "CCIS" system and select the "Additional services" section, in which you connect Penta.voice.
Step 4
Send an SMS with the letter "A" to 71724931 to activate the Penta.100 service, to 71724932 for the Penta.200 service or to 71724933 for the Penta.300 service. Call the same numbers to the automatic subscriber service "ACCA", provided to subscribers of the company "Baikalwestcom", and follow the voice instructions.
Step 5
Use the service "* Request100 #". To do this, dial the combination * 131 * 300 # on your phone and press the call button. As a result, the Penta.voice.300 service will be activated. If you want to activate another service package, then instead of the number 300, specify the corresponding value.
