Instructions
Step 1
Make sure your phone has EDGE / GPRS support. For information on this, see the user manual or the website of your mobile phone manufacturer.
Step 2
After you have found confirmation that your phone supports all the technologies necessary for an Internet connection, dial 679. SMS messages will start to arrive on your phone. They will contain automatic Internet settings and instructions for saving them to your phone. Proceed in accordance with the information received in the messages. After completing all the steps described, save the new settings.
Step 3
Reboot your phone. Go online. If all operations were carried out correctly, the Tele2 start page will open in the browser window.
Step 4
If you have any difficulties with setting automatic settings, enter the required information manually. Enter the phone menu, select the "Settings" tab. In the "Home" item, enter wap.tele2.ru. Opposite the "Proxy server" set "Disabled". In the "Channel or connection type" column, specify GPRS. In the APN Access Point field, write internet.tele2.ru. When setting up the Internet from the Tele2 operator, a username and password are not required.
Step 6
Save the configured settings for the new connection. Keep in mind that Internet browsing will now start from the Tele2 page. Services are provided to all subscribers free of charge. Please be aware that data transfer fees apply.
