The SIM card must be active in order to be able to use it. On the new Beeline number, so that you can call and send messages from it, you need to activate the starting balance. If during operation your number is blocked, including at your request, the SIM card will also have to be reactivated.

Step 1
Activation of a new SIM-card "Beeline"
Take out the plastic plate with the new SIM card from the cardboard sleeve. Remove the cellophane wrap. Carefully separate the SIM card from the base. If the legs that secure it are too thick, use small scissors, a sharp, thin knife or razor blade.
Step 2
Insert the SIM card into the dedicated slot in the phone case. If you don’t know how to do it correctly - you cannot remove the back cover from your phone or you don’t see where to insert your SIM card - find the information you need in your mobile phone user manual. Switch on your phone.
Step 3
Enter the PIN, if required. The PIN is indicated on the plastic base from which you separated the SIM card. To read it, remove the protective layer. In doing so, be extremely careful not to damage the PIN code itself. If this did happen, or if you inadvertently entered your PIN incorrectly 3 times in a row, unblock the SIM card using the PUK code - it is also indicated on a plastic base under the protective layer.
Step 4
Please note that you can change the PIN code yourself or disable its request altogether. A lost PUK code can be restored by calling the Customer Support Center at 0611. But if you enter the PUK code incorrectly 10 times in a row, you will not be able to recover it - you will have to change your SIM card.
Step 5
Make sure you are in the "Beeline" coverage area - this will be visible on the network indicator. Dial the USSD command * 101 * 1111 # on the phone and press the call key.
Step 6
Make sure the starting balance is credited to your number. To do this, check your personal account in any convenient way:
- send a USSD request * 102 # or # 102 #;
- call 0697;
- send a balance request through the Beeline SIM-menu.
Step 7
Activation of the blocked SIM-card "Beeline"
Top up your mobile phone account if your number was temporarily blocked for non-payment. You can do this in different ways: through payment terminals, from your bank card, at Beeline service offices, etc. Please note that using the "Trust Payment" service, i.e. it is impossible to take out a loan with a blocked number.
Step 8
Apply with a statement to remove the blocking from the SIM card if it was blocked for another reason - you blocked it voluntarily or simply did not use it for a long time. In the latter case, be prepared for the fact that you will no longer be able to restore your number. An application to unblock can be written at the nearest office of the company or sent by fax. Specify the fax number on the website of the Beeline company in your region.
