You can dial the service number 067409 and the call call button. In automatic mode, you will receive a message with options for requests. To obtain the information you are interested in, you will need to find the desired item, see what number you will need to send to receive information on services and press it, and then click on the call button. You will receive full information on the services connected to your phone in the service message. The USSD service request * 110 * 09 # and the call key work according to the same principle. There is no charge for calling and sending messages to these numbers. So the SIM card holder does not have to worry about reducing his balance.

You can also use another option: enter * 111 # on the mobile phone keyboard and press the call key. A special service menu will open, in which you should select the following path: "My Beeline" - "Services" - "My services". After sending the request, the subscriber will receive an SMS with a list of currently connected services.

In addition, you can call the Customer Support Service at 0611 and, after waiting for the operator's response, make a request to receive a list of connected services. The list of services will also come in the form of SMS. The operator is obliged to ask for basic data about you. So, you must tell him your last name, first name, patronymic and, if necessary, passport data. Otherwise, the call-center operator will simply not be able to identify you as the owner of the SIM card and will not be able to provide you with the necessary information. If everything is fine, then, having received a response, you can also ask the operator to turn off those services that you do not need. The call to the mobile operator will also be completely free for you.
Step 5
In the offices of "Beeline" you can always get complete information on your mobile account, tariff plan and connected services. When contacting the office, the subscriber will need a civil passport. If he is not with you, the consultant will refuse to provide you with information services at your number. Otherwise, the legislation of the Russian Federation will be violated. If your Beeline phone number was registered for another person, then either he or you can come to the office, but having the necessary documents with you. Just coming with a passport or a copy of the subscriber will not work. You must bring your passport, as well as a notarized power of attorney that the owner of the Beeline phone number allows you to provide information and any other actions regarding the phone number. What other actions are decided by the owner of the SIM card.

If your Beeline SIM card was issued to a legal entity (the organization where you work), then in order to receive any information and make the necessary adjustments in the services provided, you need to receive a special application at work. A prerequisite for its registration is the official letterhead of the company to which your SIM card is registered. In addition, the application must contain information about you. In particular, your last name, first name, patronymic and passport details. At the bottom there should be a living seal certifying the authenticity of the document. In addition to all this, the head of the organization must definitely put his signature on the application. Without such an application, the consultant has no right to provide information on the services connected to this SIM card.

Another way to find out about connected services is to enter your "Personal Account" on the website www.beeline.ru, having received an access password using the command * 110 * 9 #. After you have registered on the site, go to your personal account. In the window of your personal account, you will need to go to the "Services" section. You can immediately see the number of services activated on your phone. Here the subscriber can not only learn about the connected services, but also independently activate or deactivate the services. But first, the site will provide you with information about all available Beeline services. To see only those services that are connected on your phone, you need to find the filter and use it to select the item to display only those services that have been connected. You can select services from your list and turn them off if necessary. Personal account allows you to significantly save time. You will not need to wait for the operator's response, waste your time and money on a trip to the sales center or Beeline communication salon. If you do not have a computer or laptop at hand, then entering your personal account through a browser on your phone is quite difficult.
