Step 1
You can find out information on your personal account in MTS in several ways. The simplest of them is to call the company's subscriber service at 0890 and wait for the operator's answer. The call is free for MTS subscribers.

Another way is self-service with the help of an Internet assistant. To do this, you need to go to the official website of the cellular company MTS - www.mts.ru. But before that, you must receive a password that is required for the data operation with a SIM card. To set a password, you need to dial the following command on your phone: * 111 * 25 # and then follow the instructions. Alternatively, call 1115 and follow the instructions of the answering machine. Password must be 4-7 digits long
Step 3
After the performed procedure, you need to go to the MTS Internet assistant, enter the required data: phone number and password. Next, a page will appear listing the possible operations with a SIM card.
Step 4
In the menu "Tariffs, services and discounts" select the command "Service management". After that, you should see a list of connected services on your SIM card.
