Each mobile phone has certain counters that show the number of calls, their duration, Internet traffic indicators, and so on. They can be reset in several ways by first reading the corresponding paragraph in the user manual.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the call menu of your phone. Open the context menu where the "Reset counters" action will be available. When you select it, you will reset all data on the duration and number of calls, data on Internet traffic, and so on.
Step 2
For some phone models, you need to enter a phone code. Also, from this menu, you can reset the settings item by item, for example, only for incoming or outgoing calls. Also, the Internet traffic counter can be reset from the Internet connections menu or the browser you are using on your mobile device.
Step 3
Perform a hard reset of your phone from the control panel. Find the item "Initial parameters" and enter the phone code for confirmation (mandatory for each phone). By default, this code can be 00000, 12345, and so on, depending on the mobile device model. You can enter it an unlimited number of times.
Step 4
You can read more about entering the default phone code in your user manual. If you changed it during operation, enter a new password.
Step 5
If you want to reset all the indicators of your phone without a menu, just disconnect its battery. This is not available for every device model. You just need to remove the battery from your phone in the standby mode of the mobile device, without turning it off first. Most often, the indicators for the last calls are erased from the memory, and if the phone has been in the off state for a long time without a power source, most likely, all its other parameters will be reset the next time it is turned on. But everything may depend on the model of the mobile device. Also, indicators can be partially deleted - just the list of calls can be deleted, or information about it in the counter can also be deleted.
