Method 1. You need to contact your mobile operator and disable all paid services. MTS operator number from a mobile phone 0890, from a landline 88003330890, in either case, the call is free. By calling one of the numbers, select 0 and wait for the specialist's answer. For those who do not like to call and talk on the phone, there is a method number 2.
Step 2
Disable paid MTS services via the Internet on the company's website. To do this, you need to go to the site and find the "Internet Assistant" button. In the page that opens, you will be asked to indicate your phone number and password to enter your personal account. To receive a password, if you are entering your personal account for the first time, complete a number of necessary requests indicated on the website.
After receiving the password and going to the "Internet Assistant", select the "Services and Services" button, then "Service Management" and disable all options that you do not need and for which a subscription fee is charged.
Step 3
Method number 3. If the SIM card is issued to you, take your passport and feel free to go to the nearest MTS office. Ask the manager to check and disable paid services.
