You have recently purchased a mobile phone, but after some time have changed your mind about using this device, or you have liked another model. In this case, you can return your purchase back to the store.

Step 1
If the seller is trying to impose on you the idea that phones cannot be returned, you should know: he is brazenly deceiving you. Article 25 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" states that any consumer has the full right to exchange the purchased non-food product from the seller from whom it was purchased, if this product does not suit you in color, configuration, dimensions or technical characteristics. If you do not want to exchange the goods for a similar in value or with an additional payment, you can simply terminate the previously concluded sales contract and demand the return of your own money back. Tell the store employee about this if he tries to cheat.
Step 2
In order to be able to refuse a mobile phone, do not throw away its product packaging, keep your sales receipt and warranty card. In the event that you lose a document confirming your purchase of a cell phone in this particular store and for a certain amount, you will have to look for witnesses of the purchase so that they can give corroborating testimony.
Step 3
To return a mobile phone to the store, you must also fill out an application with a corresponding request. The application is drawn up in two copies, on one of them the representative of the selling company will sign, make a note that the application was accepted by him, and give it back to you. When compiling it, indicate the brand, model of the phone you purchased, as well as its cost. If the store director or manager refuses to accept the application, go to the following trick: use the services of the Russian Post and send a written application by registered mail with mandatory notification - the recipient must sign that such a letter has reached the addressee. After that, you can draw up a statement to the court if your money is not returned or your phone is not exchanged.
