You can change your tariff in Skylink by transferring your subscriber number to service according to another tariff plan. To choose a different tariff plan, you can use self-service services or come to one of the offices for Skylink customers.
Necessary
- - telephone;
- - computer with Internet access;
- - the passport;
- - contract form.
Instructions
Step 1
Choose any tariff plan open for connections to transfer your subscriber number to service within this tariff. However, keep in mind: if you purchased a tariff plan as part of an advertising campaign, there may be restrictions on changing the tariff plan. In this case, find out in more detail about the transition to a particular tariff at one of the Skylink service offices or by calling 973-73-73.
Step 2
If changing the tariff plan does not include changing the number (for example, switching from a landline phone to a federal one), visit one of the customer service offices. The addresses are on the official Skylink website. You can also send a request by fax 973–00–33 or by e-mail [email protected]. The document must be issued in a specific form; types of forms for individuals and legal entities can be downloaded on the Internet.
Step 3
Switch to another tariff plan by calling the Skylink contact center at (495) 973-73-73 or 000 (from your mobile phone). This is a paid service that operates according to the newly selected tariff plan. Be careful: depending on the tariff plan you are switching to, the cost of many additional Skylink services may change.
Step 4
Check out the "Personal Account" on the official website of the Skylink company for the convenience of using the services in the future.
