If the process of refilling a cartridge for a laser printer is not yet familiar to you, then follow the instructions below and you will succeed.
It is necessary
toner can, screwdriver, hammer, cloth
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your desktop so that it is convenient for you to perform all further manipulations.
Step 2
Remove the cartridge from the laser printer and place it on the prepared table.
Step 3
When inspecting the cartridge, you will find small fasteners on both ends.
Step 4
Place the cartridge perpendicular to the table.
Step 5
Hold the container with your hand and place the screwdriver perpendicular to the table on the small steel mount you found earlier.
Step 6
To knock inward this steel mount, lightly hit the screwdriver handle. Do the same for the second mount. This is necessary for the cartridge to "split" into two parts, as it consists of them. One half contains the toner and roller, the other contains the waste container (consisting of paper scraps, dust, toner) and the roller.
Step 7
Place the part where you want to add toner on the table in front of you, set the other aside for now.
Step 8
Open the toner compartment. Most often it is a plastic cover.
Step 9
Empty the old toner carefully, be aware that residues may partially crumple up.
Step 10
Then add new toner to 2/3 of the cartridge capacity.
Step 11
Close the opening carefully with the cover.
Step 12
Set aside the half you just filled in and take the other half.
Step 13
Clean the waste toner and scraps of paper in the trash area.
Step 14
Now take both parts of the cartridge and connect them.
Step 15
Holding them together, insert the small fasteners that you knocked out with a screwdriver into the end parts of the cartridge. They should hold the parts of the cartridge together.
Step 16
Use a cloth to wipe off any remaining toner from the surface of the cartridge.
Step 17
Install the cartridge in the printer, print 5-8 sheets to make sure everything is working correctly. The process is complete. This manual is suitable for working with cartridges in most laser printers.
