Step 1
First of all, ask the consultant to provide you with a warranty card on your phone. Having a warranty card will provide you with a mobile phone service for a specified period.
Step 2
The IMEI must be indicated on the phone box. Check if it matches the IMEI on the phone. If these codes differ from each other by at least one digit, then the phone should not be taken.
Step 3
Turn on the phone (without battery) and dial * # 06 # on the keypad. The same IMEI will be displayed on the screen of the device, check it with the one on the box and on the warranty card.
Step 4
Check out the set of accessories that are included in the kit. Make sure that each accessory is packed in a separate bag. The phone itself must be kept separate from the battery. If you notice that something is not arranged and packed according to the rules, it means that the phone has already been turned on, and, possibly, more than once. Better not to take such a phone.
Step 5
Check the operation of the phone itself. After loading, enter the menu and check the operation of all keys. Just turn off the T9 mode beforehand. Then check the quality of the connection. The communication indicator on the screen should be at the maximum level. Then call your friends and check if you can hear them well. If there is any noise during a conversation, then such a phone is not worth buying.
