If you love movies, music or modern games, you have probably downloaded your favorite films or recordings of musical groups to your computer more than once, and subsequently copied the necessary information to CDs and DVDs for further storage. Most of the self-recorded discs are kept by people in envelopes without special decoration, but you can make your collection of films original and beautiful - with this program Nero Cover Designer will help you.
Instructions
Step 1
Open "Start" and in the directory of the installed Nero Burning Rom select the section Nero Cover Designer, or start Nero Start Smart and in the section "Extras" select the option "Make a sticker or label".
Step 2
The label editor window will open. Choose one of the proposed templates for further creation of the disc cover - for example, you can choose different forms of booklets for a CD or DVD box. Based on the template, you can either create a new document, developing the cover from scratch, or choose a ready-made thematic design template by switching between different tabs of the settings window.
Step 3
After selecting a template, click "Yes" to load the working window of the program. In the window, you can switch between editing the booklet, disc tab and disc label. With a variety of label editing tools, you can bring your disc design closer to a professional one. When designing your disc cover, choose an appropriate background image that matches the theme of the disc content.
Step 4
In addition, think about what will be written on the cover - over the background image, create a text field and enter the selected headings in it, indicating the desired type, size and color of the font. Add the date the disc was created to the cover, if desired, which may also indicate the official release date of the movie or music album.
Step 5
Complement the cover with graphic objects - arrows, dots, lines that will format the cover and make it more thoughtful. Use lines, rectangle and ellipse shapes for this.
Step 6
In order to create a list of tracks recorded on a disc, use the appropriate tool - enter a list of all files on the disc by adding the “Track list” element to the cover and configuring it through the context menu. Format the track list by clicking on the "Format" section. If you wish, you can add additional fields and elements to the cover by arranging them in the desired sequence.
Step 7
You can replace the background image and other images on the disk at any time by right-clicking on them and selecting the "Background properties" option. When the cover is ready, print it by specifying the print settings in the menu "File" -> "Paper stocks" -> "Paper stock". Specify the options for placing all labels and labels on the printed sheets, and after printing, cut the labels and insert them into the disc case.
