Step 1
Place a light colored cloth or sheets of white paper on the table. This is necessary so that small details are clearly visible. Also take care of good lighting. Read the user manual for Nokia 3250. If you lost the phone box along with the documents, download the manual from the official Nokia website. The entire replacement process will consist of disassembling the bottom and top of the phone.
Step 2
Turn off your phone. Remove the battery compartment cover. Take out the battery. Remove the SIM card and USB flash drive from your device. Rotate the bottom of the phone so that it is perpendicular to the top. Pry the bottom end of the phone with a special plastic opener. It will slide off the latches and open. Never try to remove it with a screwdriver or any other sharp object. This could damage the body of the phone. Use only a plastic bottle opener. Remove the upper trim bezel. Take out the keyboard. You will see a piece of black duct tape in the middle at the bottom. Peel off the top gently. Under it is a keyboard loop. Use a screwdriver to pry it on both sides and pull it out of the connector. Unscrew the screws located on each side in the upper corners. After that, the lower part will separate from the upper one. Remove the side pads of the bottom
Step 3
Carefully pry off the cladding of the screen with a plastic plug in several places. Do this smoothly so as not to accidentally break the plastic clips. Remove the buttons under the screen. Use a plastic screwdriver to remove the upper plastic end of the phone. Underneath are 4 small screws located at the edges. Now pry the plate with the screen from the side of the keyboard and lift it perpendicular to the body. There is a cable under it, disconnect it and take out the display. In the middle there is a window in which there are two more loops. Disconnect them too. Pull gently on the phone casing while holding the inside. The case can be easily removed.
Step 4
Replace all old body parts with new ones. Reassemble the phone in reverse order. If you bought a new case in a different color, then also get a new keyboard in a matching color, as the case is usually sold without one.
