Step 1
Please note that if you use a postpaid payment system, you can change the list of connected services only through the operator of the Beeline Customer Support Center. Call 0611. Keep your passport nearby - the operator will ask you to give his details.
If you use a prepaid payment system, you can connect and manage the service yourself using the methods described below.
Step 2
Connect one "favorite" number with a USSD command of the form:
* 139 * 881 * phone number #
Please enter the phone number you want to set as your favorite in 10-digit format. For example, *139*881*9093456723#
Step 3
Connect three "favorite" numbers using a USSD command of the form:
* 139 * 883 * 1st phone number * 2nd phone number * 3rd phone number #
For example, *139*883*9093456723*9056782564*9065623456#
Step 4
Wait for an SMS message that the service has been activated. The service activation fee will be deducted from your balance.
Step 5
Manage the connected service by USSD commands:
• * 139 * 880 # - deactivate the service;
• * 139 * 889 # - specify the list of “favorite” numbers.
To replace the "favorite" number / numbers, use the same command as when connecting.
Step 6
Subscribe to the “Favorite Number” service and manage it using the “Beeline” SIM-menu of your phone. The location of this service button depends on your cell phone model. It can be found in the main menu, in the list of office applications, in the settings menu, etc.
Step 7
Enter the SIM-menu, select the item "My Beeline", and in it - "Other services" - "Favorite number". Then follow the prompts of the system.
Step 8
Activate the "Favorite Number" service in your personal account of the Internet service management system "My Beeline". If you have not used this service before or have forgotten your password to enter the system, request a temporary password using the USSD command * 110 * 9 #.
Step 9
Enter the username and password sent to you in the fields on the login page and click the "Login" button. Then, as required by the system, set a permanent password. In your personal account, select the "Service Management" section.
Step 10
Find the list of services available for connection on the page that opens. Check the box "Favorite number" (or "Favorite numbers") and click on the "Connect" button. Then follow the prompts of the system.
