In order to connect your favorite numbers when using a SIM card of the mobile operator "MegaFon", you need to make sure that the selected tariff plan allows you to connect this option, and specify the appropriate phone numbers yourself on the website or with the help of the operator of the reference service.
Instructions
Step 1
Visit the MegaFon website. If you don’t remember the tariff plan to which you are connected, you can get information about it in the “Service-Guide” self-service system. In order to get into this system, click on the corresponding button in the upper right part of the page.
Step 2
Enter your phone number and password in the appropriate fields. If you did not receive a password to access the self-service page, dial * 105 * 00 # from your mobile and press the call key. Within three minutes you will receive an SMS with a digital password. If you have forgotten your password, pay attention to the bottom of the page, under the green panel with windows for entering the "Service Guide" you will see instructions on how to get a new password.
Step 3
Pay attention to the central part of the "Service Guide" page. It has a section called "Subscriber's Status", in the second line of which your tariff plan is indicated. Study the information on the website to see if the services provided include connecting your favorite numbers according to the selected tariff plan.
Step 4
Refer to the vertical menu located at the top left of the "Service Guide" page. Click on the third line "Services and tariff". This item from the self-service menu allows you to activate additional options supported by your tariff plan. In the selected section "Services and tariff" you will see the submenu "Favorite numbers". There, if your data plan involves setting favorite numbers, you can set up information about phone numbers.
Step 5
Call 8-800-333-05-00. Follow the instructions of the answering machine (after the first message you need to press "1" in tone mode, after the second - "0") and wait for the operator's answer, which will help you set your favorite numbers, if your tariff plan allows you to activate this service.
