Instructions
Step 1
Choose no more than three contacts with whom you communicate most often. As a "favorite", you can connect the number of any mobile operator, the main thing is that it belongs to your region, you can even add a landline phone to your favorite numbers.
Step 2
To add a number to the list, dial * 111 * 42 #, then press call. Further instructions will appear on the screen, following which you can connect your favorite number.
Step 3
You can use the MTS service called Internet Assistant. Follow the link https://ihelper.mts.ru/selfcare/logon.aspx?fromsso=1. There you will need to log in, after which you can start managing your account. The service allows you not only to connect your favorite numbers, but also to make other settings
Step 4
If you do not have a password set for your account in the Internet Assistant, you can do this by dialing the command * 111 * 25 #, then the call button. You will receive instructions to help you set a password for your account. Another way to get the password is to call the MTS call center on the short number 1115. The call is free, unless you are in roaming. Set a password, guided by the recommendations of MTS in this regard: the length of the password is 4-7 characters, these must be numbers.
Step 5
You can immediately configure some options for your favorite numbers, for example, enable the service "Balance of another subscriber". To do this, dial * 111 * 2137 #, press the call button. The balance of the other subscriber will receive an SMS with the requested information. If you often use this service, then in order not to type such a long command every time, the entire combination can be entered into an address book.
