The cost of using the services of a cellular operator depends on how correctly the tariff is chosen. Megafon offers its subscribers a variety of tariffs, but the user should know how to switch from one tariff plan to another.

Step 1
It should be borne in mind that the tariff plans offered to its subscribers by Megafon may differ in different regions of the country. Therefore, you should get acquainted with the tariffs directly at the offices of the cellular operator or on its regional website. To go to the regional Megafon website, go to its central resource. Perhaps you will be immediately redirected to the required regional site by ip-address. If this did not happen or the redirection turned out to be wrong, select the required region from the list at the top of the site page.

Click on the "Rates" link at the top left of the site. A page with existing tariff plans will open. In its left part you can additionally select the tariff section you are interested in - for example, "For communication with Megafon subscribers". After that, on the right side of the page, you can select any tariff you are interested in and familiarize yourself with its conditions.
Step 3
Having opened the information about the tariff, carefully study it. Pay attention to the services connected by default - for example, "Change the dial tone". The service is free for two weeks, then a daily fee will be charged. After connecting the tariff, do not forget to disable unnecessary services.
Step 4
On the pages with tariffs, in the upper right corner, information about the connection method is given. For example, to activate the "Excellent" tariff, you need to dial the command * 168 * 20 # and press the call key. Do not forget that the exact parameters of the command should be viewed on the regional Megafon website.
Step 5
If you are already a subscriber of this operator and want to switch to another tariff, this can be done through the "Service Guide". You can enter the service on the Megafon website, for this you need to enter your login (your phone number) and password. If you have not used the "Service Guide" and you do not have a password, get it by sending a free command * 105 * 00 #. The password will be sent to your phone.
Step 6
Enter the "Service Guide", select the section "Services and tariff" - "Change the tariff plan". On the page that opens, mark the required tariff plan in the list and click the "Order" button. Your tariff plan will be changed.
