The Samsung s5230 phone is disassembled in almost the same way as similar mobile device models. Before disassembling, make sure that the warranty period has already expired, as disassembling the device will void your obligations as a seller and manufacturer.
Necessary
- - screwdriver;
- - a plastic card (or a non-sharp knife).
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the cover of the battery compartment of the Samsung s5230 phone, remove the battery and then the SIM card from it. Review the size of the screws located around the perimeter of the mobile device case, select the appropriate Phillips screwdriver so as not to damage them in the future. Unscrew all fasteners visible to you (there should be 6 of them, 3 on the side). Remove the memory card.
Step 2
Use an unwanted plastic card or a mild table knife to remove the back cover of your Samsung s5230 phone. Please note that if you use a sharp object, it may well be that you damage its appearance and ugly marks will remain on the side. After removing the case, locate the retaining screw in the upper left corner and unscrew it. Remove the tie strap on the right side by lifting up on its holder.
Step 3
Separate the volume control buttons without disconnecting them. Do the same with the phone key lock button. Disconnect the connector located on the right side approximately in the middle of the length of the structure. Remove the phone board. Carefully inspect the rest of the phone and find there special latches that you will have to open with a plastic card you already use or a non-sharp knife, then pry off the gray part.
Step 4
Find the display levers. Lift it up with them. Detach the shield that is attached to the double-sided tape. Next, assemble this phone in the reverse order. It is best to disassemble the device on a surface covered with a light-colored cloth so as not to lose small parts of the mobile device. Fold the bolts unscrewed during the disassembly of the phone on different sides, since they can have threads of different diameters.
