Step 1
After the problem appeared, the owners returned a large number of players, complaining about their inoperability. The manufacturer promised to figure it out and reacted pretty quickly. Having found an error, the developers have released a new version of the firmware for this device, which can be downloaded from the official website. Click on the link to go to the download page

On the loaded page, select the "Devices / mp3-players" section. Then select your model by left clicking on it. On this page you will find all the information about your device. The "Knowledge Base" section contains links to articles about solutions to some problems of the player of this model. To download the firmware files, scroll down to the "All downloads" block.
Step 3
Select the most recent version from the list (according to the file version and the date it was posted on the site) and click the Download button. Firmware files are downloaded to manually update the device. For automatic update, just click the Software Autoupdate button and follow the tips and tricks of the installation wizard.
Step 4
Before copying the firmware files to the player, you must make a backup copy of the current media files available on the device. Just copy them, or better transfer all the information by connecting the player to your computer.

After that, unplug the USB cable from the computer. Start the player by holding down the Play button. Do not release it until the Recovery Menu appears on the screen. Select Format All and wait for the operation to complete.

Then select Reload Firmware from the same menu. After a few seconds, the old firmware will be removed. Since there is no software on the player right now, the device will ask you to install it. To do this, connect it to your computer, run the firmware executable file.
Step 7
During the installation of new software, the percentage will be displayed on the screen. Do not be alarmed if the screen turns off by 85-90%, the device restarts. At the end of the firmware, the device will display a corresponding inscription on the screen.
