Step 1
In order to connect your cell phone to the Internet, you first need to connect to the GPRS service. This can be done either at the office of a cellular operator, or by dialing the combination: * 110 * 181 # call (for Beeline), * 111 * 18 # call (for MTS).
Step 2
To connect your cell phone to the Internet, if you are a Beeline subscriber:
- make sure that your cellular operator provides a GPRS service and is connected to it;
- go to "menu" - "services" - "pro";
-select "GPRS";
-you can change the existing profile or create a new one. Profile parameters: name: Beeline Inet, APN: wap.beeline.ru, login: beeline, password: beeline;
-go to the browser settings: "menu" - "services" - "Internet" - "settings" - "edit profile". Profile parameters: name: at your discretion, home page: https://wap.beelwapine.ru/, profile: Beeline Inet, connection type: HTTP: 192.168.017.001, port: 9210 (or 8080), username: beeline, password: beeline
If you failed to connect to the Internet, then most likely your mobile phone model does not support the HTTP protocol. Try it over WAP.
Step 3
To connect a cell phone to the Internet, if you are a subscriber of MTS cellular communication:
- make sure that your cellular operator provides a GPRS service and is connected to it;
- go to "menu" - "services" - "pro";
-select "GPRS";
-you can change an existing profile or create a new one. Profile parameters:
name: MTS-Inet, APN: wap.mts.ru, login: mts, password: mts;
-go to the browser settings: "menu" - "services" - "Internet" - "settings" - "edit profile". Profile parameters: profile name: optional, home page: https://wap.mts.ru/, profile: MTS Inet, connection type: HTTP: 192.168.192.168, port: 9201 (or 8080), username: mts, password: mts

Step 4
To connect a cell phone to the Internet, if you are a Megafon cellular subscriber:
- make sure that your cellular operator provides a GPRS service and is connected to it;
- go to "menu" - "services" - "pro";
-select "GPRS";
-you can change an existing profile or create a new one. Profile parameters: profile name: Megafon Inet, APN: internet, login: gdata, password: gdata;
-go to the browser settings: "menu" - "services" - "Internet" - "settings" - "edit profile". Profile parameters: profile name: optional, home page: https://megafon.ru/, profile: Megafon Inet, connection type: HTTP (leave the address the same, i.e. 000.000.000.000), port: 8080 (or 9201)), username: no, password: no
If you failed to connect to the Internet, then most likely your mobile phone model does not support the HTTP protocol. Try it over WAP.
Step 5
Now download a suitable internet browser to your phone. Opera Mini is currently considered the most relevant.
