Step 1
Call your service provider and ask them to send automatic settings for connecting the GPRS Internet (if you have not connected it) and settings in order to use the phone as a modem. Check the cost of traffic and all possible discounts for mobile Internet. Select the appropriate conditions. Be sure to connect GPRS, to do this, save the message sent by your service provider and reboot your phone. Do not use other settings yet, you will need them later.
Step 2
Find specific drivers for your cell phone. Perhaps they came with him. Install drivers on your computer and restart it. Or connect your phone and indicate their location, then the installation will go automatically.
Step 3
Establish a connection between your phone and your computer. To do this, you can use a cable, Bluetooth or infrared port (in this case, put the phone so that the devices are almost connected and do not remove it, otherwise the connection will be lost). Make a note of the settings that your service provider sent you. Set up your phone to work with your computer. More often than not, he himself proposes the necessary actions. While working with a cell phone via a computer, he does not receive calls and SMS.
Step 4
Follow all that was written in the message from the telecom operator. Create an Internet connection on your computer with the necessary parameters (all this is in the sent SMS). Be sure to include the country you are in. This will be prompted when creating a connection. Disable in the computer settings all updates that it can download, autoloading pages and all pictures on sites. The speed will be very slow if you leave everything unchanged.
Step 5
Send the shortcut of the created connection to the desktop. Click on it twice with the left mouse button. Enter the username and password specified in the message from the telecom operator. Click Ok. Launch your browser and browse the internet.
