Clearing the cache on your mobile phone can speed up your phone's performance and troubleshoot problems with insufficient space to install new applications. Most modern models have built-in tools to perform this operation.
Instructions
Step 1
The general recommendations for clearing the cache of the phone, first of all, are the requirements to delete the cache of the mobile browsers in use. To do this, open the main menu of the mobile device and go to the WAP item. Select the "Settings" section and use the "Clear cache memory" command. Return to the settings menu and select the "Delete cookies" command.
Step 2
In Opera version 4.2 or 5, open the Settings menu and go to Settings Privacy. Specify the Delete history and Delete cookies commands. In Opera mini, the procedure is somewhat different: open the main browser menu and go to the "Tools" item. Expand the "Options" link and select the "Clear cookies" command.
Step 3
The workflow for HTC Sensation is different from the one described above. In order to clear the cache of the device, open the main menu of the phone and go to the "Settings" section. Select "Memory" and go to the "Internal storage" group. Click on the "Free up more space" link. Then use the Clear Cache screen to select the applications to clear the memory. Confirm your choice by clicking the "Next" button.
Step 4
Of particular note is clearing the cache of the Google Play app and download manager. Open the main menu of your phone and go to the "Settings" item. Select the Applications command and expand the Application Management link. Go to the All tab and highlight the Google Play program. Use the "Erase Data" and "Clear Cache" commands. Repeat the same procedure with the download manager program.
Step 5
Download and install on your phone a dedicated CacheMate application designed to make it easier to clear your phone cache. The procedure can be performed with a single click of a button in manual mode or by setting a schedule to clear the cache.
