Step 1
Contact the nearest subscriber service department of your mobile operator in your city. If your SIM card is registered to a certain person, you will need his documents, if the SIM card is registered to you, then take any document confirming your identity, for example, a passport or military ID.
Step 2
It is also advisable to take a locked SIM card of the Life operator. In the event that a blocked SIM card is registered to another person, his presence at the service point of your operator will be mandatory. There you can also re-register the owner of the SIM card, if it will be convenient for both of you in the future.
Step 3
Wait for the subscriber department employees to check your documents and reissue your SIM card. Please note that at the time of your contact with the employees of the customer service office, your personal account should not have a negative balance.
Step 4
If your SIM card has not been registered under any name, it is best to have with you the documents that you received with it when purchasing it, if there are any, but usually there are no problems with reissuing non-registered SIM cards. In the future, it is better to register cards in your name.
Step 5
If a similar situation has occurred with a SIM card of any other operator, also contact the subscriber service department of your city. Reissuing a SIM card will take you no more than 10 minutes, provided that there are no problems with documents and there is no debt on your personal account.

Please note that by blocking a SIM card, you will not be able to return the information on it: phone book contact numbers, SMS messages, call information, and so on.
