Step 1
First of all, you should clarify the reason for blocking your phone number. To do this, call the customer support service "Beeline" by phone 0611 from another number of the same operator and contact the manager. Ask the Call-center employee to indicate the reason for blocking the SIM card, and also specify the possibility of unblocking it. If the unlocking option is possible, you need to follow these steps.
Step 2
If the blocked phone number was registered in your name, you should contact the representative office of the mobile operator "Beeline", taking your passport with you. If the number was issued to another person, to unblock it, he must contact the operator's office directly (a passport is also required). Upon arrival at the Beeline office, contact the manager and tell him about your problem. Specify that you previously contacted the Call Center employee who informed you about the possibility of unblocking the number. Usually, the unlocking procedure takes no more than two minutes. In general, it is worth noting that the main reason for the local blocking of a SIM card is its prolonged non-use. If the SIM card has been “idle” for more than six months (that is, no calls have been made from it), then it is automatically blocked.
Step 3
If the reason for blocking was the negative balance of your phone number, in order to unblock it, you need to top up your account with the required amount to get out of the minus. This can be done in any payment terminal, or by using the "Trust Payment" service (* 141 #) and - the amount of replenishment in this case does not exceed 90 rubles.
