If your number is issued to another person (for parents or friends, for example), then your presence in the office will not be enough, the SIM card will be restored only when the person to whom it is registered arrives. To unblock a Beeline card, you also need to contact the company's office or an official Beeline dealer, and then fill out a special application for the restoration of a SIM card. Usually the application is reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours from the date of submission. The restoration procedure is free of charge, there is only one condition for its implementation - the presentation of the passport by the owner.
