Instructions
Step 1
Connect your webcam to your computer and install the required software from the disc that came with the device. If there are no drivers included with the camera, go to the manufacturer's website and download them from the downloads section. Install the utilities according to the instructions on the screen.
Step 2
Find the right application for broadcasting images. For simple video conferencing with a small number of people, you can use common utilities such as Skype, QIP, or MailAgent. To record what is happening in front of the camera, you can use ASUS Video Security or FlyDS. To communicate with other people, you can use social networks that provide the ability to use a web camera (for example, Vkontakte or Facebook).
Step 3
Download the software of your choice and install it. After the installation is complete, launch the application and check its functionality. If the image is not clear, use the corresponding section of the utility settings. To fine-tune the camera, run the Driver Configuration Utility, which is usually automatically installed with the driver.
Step 4
A VLC player is also suitable for streaming video. Launch the program and go to the menu "Media" - "Streaming". In the "Capture device" tab, set the appropriate settings, select the used camera. Click on the "Stream" - "Destination paths" button. In the New Destination Path window, select HTTP and then click Add. After making all the necessary settings, click the "Stream" button.

There are many Internet services for transmitting images to the Internet. Go to one of these resources, go through the registration procedure. Using the corresponding menu items, you can start video broadcasting.
