Please note: you can switch to the “Home” tariff only if your phone is already connected to one of the “Light” tariffs. However, the cost of this transition is quite high - 900 rubles. But if you have this option and already have a connection to "Light", the cost of the transition will be only 30 rubles.
Step 2
To switch to the “Home” tariff plan, call the free short number 0550, wait for the operator's response and state your request or use the voice menu.
Step 3
Dial on the keypad of your phone: * 105 * 4 * 7 * 3 * 1 # and press the "Call" button. After that, the amount for connecting to this tariff will be debited from your account.
Step 4
Check if your phone has WAP or Internet settings. If not, call the short number 0500, indicate the brand of your phone using the voice menu, and get them. If your phone brand is not in the proposed list, wait for the operator's response or send a free SMS with the text "1" or "2" to the short number 5049. Step 5
Go from your phone to the Megafon website (https://megafon.ru), select your city from the list, find it using the search or the “Tariff plans” menu - “Home” tariff. Indicate your current tariff and go to "Home" through the Service Guide Lite.
Step 6
Now you can make calls within the Megafon network and pay only 1 ruble 25 kopecks per minute. In addition, you do not need to pay additional fees to activate roaming or submit a special application. For calls from the roaming zone, it will be quite enough to have any positive balance on the account.
