Instructions
Step 1
To find out what services are connected to you, dial the command on the keyboard of your mobile phone: * 110 * 09 # and the call button. In a few minutes you will receive an SMS containing a response to your request. To disable any service, dial the appropriate combination:
- "Be aware of Beeline" - * 110 * 400 # and a call;
- "Be aware + Beeline" - * 110 * 1062 # and a call;
- "Voice mail" - * 110 * 010 # and call;
- "AntiAon" - * 110 * 070 and a call;
- "Chameleon" - * 110 * 20 # and a call;
- "Chat" - * 110 * 410 # and call;
- "There is a contact" - * 110 * 4020 # and a call;
- "Sms-movement" - * 110 * 2010 # and call.
- "Favorite number" - * 139 * 880 # and call.
Step 2
To deactivate the "Beep" service, call the toll-free service number 0770 and follow the instructions of the answering machine.
Step 3
To deactivate the "Lottery 1010" service, send an empty sms-message to the short number 3003.
Step 4
You can deactivate the "Hello" service by calling 067409770 or by dialing the command * 111 # and the call button. Then select "My Beeline" - "Services" - "Hello" - "Disable".
Step 5
To deactivate the "Follow" service, dial the combination * 566 # and the call button and select the "Disable" item in the main menu of the service.
Step 6
You can deactivate the “Internet from an unconfigured phone” service by calling the short number 0622. Please note that upon request * 110 * 09 # this service is not displayed in the list of connected ones.
Step 7
In addition, you can manage your services by going to your personal account using the link uslugi.beeline.ru. Enter your phone number as a login, and to get a password, dial * 110 * 9 # and a call.
