Step 1
The first way to send a photo from your phone to your computer is to use a web browser. If the Java virtual machine on your phone does not allow access to the file system, you will not be able to use Opera Mini, UCWEB, BOLT or similar browsers. We'll have to use the built-in browser of the phone. If you have access to the file system for applications, use a third-party browser.
Step 2
Make sure your phone is configured with the correct access point (APN). If there is such an opportunity, connect the cheapest of the unlimited tariffs for Internet access. Switch to the so-called PDA version of the web interface of the mail service you are using. It differs from the WAP-version by using HTML instead of WML, from the usual version - by the absence of complex scripts and applets. Start composing a new letter. Enter the address, subject and text of the message as usual. If you are sending the photo to yourself, please enter your own address. Attach an image file (how to do this depends on the browser and email service). If you are using UCWEB, when attaching a file, you can select a photo mode, take a picture and immediately attach it. Attach multiple files if necessary. Send a message.
Step 3
If your phone runs on Symbian, Android or Windows Mobile operating systems, install an email client using the SMTP or POP3 protocol on it. Some phones already contain such programs in their firmware. The procedure for sending a photo to e-mail in this way depends on the client used.
Step 4
If you do not have unlimited access to the Internet, but the sending of unlimited MMS messages is enabled, first ask the operator's help desk consultant if this service is unlimited for sending messages to e-mail addresses. If so, enter the phone numbers (including your own). If it is not possible to enter letters instead of numbers in the corresponding field, hold down the pound key for about two seconds. Remember that when you are connected without limit, some operators reduce the maximum possible message size from 300 to 150 kilobytes. Also, please note that usually this service involves tariffication of the 301st and all subsequent messages until the end of the day, and in the period from 00:00 to 04:00, unlimited may not work at all.
