In the capital, most houses are equipped with intercoms. On the one hand, this makes it possible to exclude strangers walking on other people's entrances. But what to do, for example, in a situation when you need to get to your home, but you forgot the key to the intercom?

Step 1
Remember that the easiest way to open the intercom without a key is to call someone close to it and ask them to open the door. You can also call your neighbors and explain the situation. There should be no problems with access to the entrance.

If there is no one at home or you are going to enter someone else's entrance, for example, to visit friends, and you don’t know the apartment number, then feel free to call through the intercom to any that is in this entrance (usually above the door they sign the interval of apartment numbers in which you can get through this entrance) and ask to open the door for you. All neighbors usually know each other. Explain to whom you are going to go, and they will open to you. You can also go for a trick and say, for example, that you are renting an apartment in this entrance and you forgot the keys to the intercom. Ask to open the door. If you are persuasive, it will also open to you.
Step 3
Remember that a door equipped with an intercom can be opened using physical force. The lock, which opens with an intercom, is magnetic. Despite the fact that the magnets in the lock are quite attracted to each other, if you apply considerable force, they can be disconnected. So if you pull very hard on the door handle, it will open. In order to make the greatest effort, put one foot against the wall of the house, grab the door handle with both hands and pull sharply. If it didn't work the first time, try again. Be careful not to bump your head the moment the door opens. Despite the fact that the lock is not damaged during this opening, the method is somewhat "barbaric", so you should resort to it only in extreme cases.
Step 4
Remember that there are grannies or young people sitting next to many entrances, from whom you can find out the intercom code and get into the entrance. In a peaceful and polite manner, explain why you need to open the door. Don't be rude or rude and you'll get positive feedback.
