Not everyone, even in our advanced and high-tech age, is the happy owner of a new plasma, liquid crystal or LED TV. But you can also optimally tune your old TV so that the picture will be clear and crisp, and the image transmission quality will not allow interference and unnecessary noise.

Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to tune the TV channels. Use the control panel on the TV itself or on the remote control to find the channel search menu. Start the channel search process (manual or automatic). If you have a cable TV connected, then the TV will detect the channels. But not every old TV will support cable, so it may be necessary to use a regular TV antenna. After the channels are found, proceed to further actions.
Step 2
Adjust the brightness and color of the image. Enter the special menu responsible for the visualization of the television image. Set all parameters to medium (normal level). Turn on one of the channels and manually adjust the brightness and color saturation. These options completely depend on your preferences. Do not let the picture light up or darken, and try to avoid the appearance of noise.
Step 3
Your TV setup will not be complete unless you define options for picture contrast. Contrast is the ratio of white to black. Choose the best combination for your own taste and visual sensations.
Step 4
Find the most suitable place and position of the TV in the apartment for broadcasting channels. This position will depend on the strength of the transmission of television waves. Depending on the strength of the wave, the channels in different places of the apartment (and even in different parts of the city) can show either very good or very bad.
