Subtitles can be turned on and off when watching a movie, both on a computer and on any home media player. And if in the first case you need to click the mouse, then in the second you need to find a button on the remote control.
Instructions
Step 1
There are many different players for watching videos on a computer, but the principle of turning subtitles on and off is approximately the same for everyone. For example, to access subtitle controls in Media Player Classic, click on the screen and select the Subtitle menu item. Here you can turn off subtitles by unchecking the box next to the Turn On command.
Step 2
If you are watching a DVD disc and subtitles bother you, you can always return to the main menu and turn off subtitles in the corresponding section. This applies to watching movies on both consumer players and a computer.
Step 3
Some media players have a subtitle control function on the remote control. If your remote has a button labeled Sub or Subtitles, simply press it to turn subtitles on or off.
